I’m Shelley, the maker behind Safir Måne Designs. I make hand-linked chainmaille and scalemail pieces, metal accessories, and the occasional paper good for people who prefer a little more character.
Handmade in South Carolina.
Metal, color, and a point of view.
I’m drawn to bright anodized aluminum, sturdy stainless steel, dragon scales, clever weave names, and details that make a conversation easier to start.
Some pieces lean armor-adjacent. Some are everyday texture. Some are just the right card for making somebody laugh at the right moment.
A big part of my family heritage is Scandinavian, and it has always drawn me in. That is where the Safir Måne name came from: Sapphire Moon in Danish.
